Sachin Jain

Introduction

Sachin is a management consultant and a serial entrepreneur with an active presence on the board of several companies. He carries many years of experience leading business transformation initiatives, shaping business strategies, leading customer experience transformation projects, streamlining Operations and building people capability.

Having lived and worked in New Zealand for over a decade, Sachin built his forte by being an integral part of several customer experience and business transformation projects in the Telecommunications industry, across both consumer and enterprise segments. After a move to India, Sachin decided to transition to being an entrepreneur and started his own independent consulting firm in 2011. His experience in India has given him exposure to a wide range of industries, from IT services, retail, interior design, to several promising start ups.

This experience working with start-ups has built Sachin’s expertise in the nuances of executing an idea from conception to a successfully operating company. It gives Sachin a unique vantage point as he also works with established businesses, having been involved in everything from taking an idea to strategy, planning, and executing all verticals from sales, marketing, operations and support, and even raising funds.

Working in companies both in New Zealand and India gives him a valuable perspective on the impact of culture and demographics on implementation of business strategies, business transformation and customer experience initiatives.

These experience has also reinforced his belief and learnings around importance of having a customer centric approach in all areas of business. Being part of the Connections team enables Sachin to work with others who share this passion for customer-centricity to plan out and execute strategies and programmes of work that deliver a legacy of better results.
